Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
1:1 and group sessions:
For cancellations 48 hours or more before the session, a refund in full will be issued.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the session, payment will be kept in full and no refund will be given.
Reschedule Policy:
For requests to reschedule a session with more than 4 hours' notice of the session start time, no fee will be incurred. Rescheduled time / date is subject to availability and there is no guarantee it will be within any confirmed time frame.
Rescheduling within 4 hours of the session start time will incur a fee totalling 50% of the session cost.
Please note, refunds will not be issued once a session has been completed.
The Portal membership:
No refunds are issued for this membership.
Payment will be charged upon signing up to the membership and will be billed as a recurring payment on the same day each calendar month thereafter until cancelled. Cancellation of the membership results in instant loss of access to The Portal with no refund offered and the consumer therefore takes full responsibility for the timing of cancellation in accordance with the billing cycle.
When the consumer agrees to a payment plan, the consumer consents to the Payment Policy and agrees that refunds and cancellations are not accepted and payment will be charged in full until the total amount payable is paid off in full.
