How much time should I leave between each activation?
I would recommend at least 3 days, however use your own judgement & intuition as to when you feel ready, as you can’t get it wrong. You have already been through the eclipse corridor now so your energies have been prepared in real-time, riding the collective waves also. The activations will be perfect for when you feel ready. However, please remember these activations are only available until 31 December 2022.
Do I need to do anything before / after the activations?
Before: simply make sure you’re hydrated and in a space where you can fully relax and receive. This is of paramount importance.
After: listen to your body. Rest if you need to, eat what your body is asking for, be easy on yourself.
How long is the processing time?
Processing time is different for everyone, both in the way it is experienced and length of time. You may experienced some increased emotional turbulence as old energies clear out, or you may feel on top of the world and energised. You will know instinctively when you are ready for the next activation. All of my channelled activations create a domino effect, so you could receive a download or notice effects from the energetic shifts even months later. The most important thing is to be kind to yourself and acknowledge that you are always changing; and change is sometimes easier, sometimes more challenging.
